The Southern Maryland Association of REALTORS® has space available for your business meeting needs. The convenient Hughesville location is easily accessible to the entire tri-county area making our rooms ideal for company meetings, training, seminars and gatherings. NOTE: Facilities are available for rental between the hours of 8:30AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday for business functions only. Special SMAR member rates apply!
Large meetings and training events:
The Richard P. Graham Sr. Room is 30′ X 60′ and includes tables and chairs. The room has recently been refurbished with fresh paint and new flooring. Multimedia equipment and Wifi is available.
Executive meetings, planning sessions, committees, task forces, etc.:
The Hamilton Executive Meeting Room is 18′ X 24′ and is best suited meetings of 25 people or less. Wifi connection is available.
Measuring 30’x 60′, the Graham room offers 1,800 square feet of space suitable for large meetings. Centrally located in Hughesville, the room is well-suited to serve the needs of the tri-county area. Plenty of paved parking is available.
Additional auxiliary spaces (not paved) may be used on the surrounding grounds. Renters may set up the room 125 theater-style seating (no tables), or 70 classroom-style seating, (with tables), or create your own layout. A total of 40 rectangular tables and 125 chairs are included. Please note: The Renter is responsible for setting up the room along with leaving the room the way it was received with tables and chairs set up classroom-style.
A ceiling mounted projection screen & projector, podium, flipchart easel, wifi, and small kitchen facilities* suitable for coffee and light refreshments, are at your disposal. The entrance foyer is available and included in the price.
The facility and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. This is a smoke-free environment.

The Hamilton Executive Conference Room measures 18′ X 24′, providing 432 square feet of executive meeting space. This comfortable rental facility is ready to serve you.
It features a large wooden conference table that comfortably seats 12. Additional seating is on hand to accommodate up to 8 more. A small counter area with sink, suitable for coffee and light refreshments, is available. Wifi is available.
The room includes a whiteboard, temperature controls, light dimmers, audiovisual equipment, (TV, Computer, Webcam), to help satisfy your meeting or presentation needs.
Located in Hughesville, the room is easily accessible from Charles, Calvert, and St Mary’s Counties.
The Hamilton conference room is wheelchair friendly, providing an ideal setting for your organization’s meeting.
